Action News spoke with Maria Miller, spokesperson for the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office that the "imminent" plea deal with Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick is gone.

Miller would not say why the possible deal that was announced just 25 minutes ago is not going to happen.

They better not be sweetening the deal...it should go the other way. A trial would give Hussein enough of a delay not to help keep him out of office, so I hope they've found some indisputable evidence for the hooker's murder or something and are giving him an ultimatum.
