This deceptive man is hiding something and the American people deserve to know what it is before we go to the polls.
1.Why did Obambi forge two official state docs???
2.Why won’t this wussy liar let anyone but Dkos and Bill Ayers run FactCheck see supposed docs?
3.Was Slick Barry born and raised as a Muslim AND an Indonesian with citizenship in that country according to Ap docs?
4.Did he at any time own two passports?
5.Did OsamaObama travel to Pakistan as a young man on his Indonesian passport?
6.Why has he always omitted Barry Soetoro on legal documents like Registry for the State Bar and his Presidential filing papers?

We are going to have this discussion sooner or later within the next two months. Soon enough, nobody is even going to have time to rip Sarah Palin.

I got the email from Phillip last night and he mentioned that the DNC and Obama were served yesterday.
When someone is GUILTY, they act GUILTY if they are trying to hide the truth. Obama figured he could play the race thing and no one would pursue the question: Is he a legitimate US Citizen?
The apparent answer is: Obama is NOT/at some time was NOT a ciitzen and he is lying to hide the truth.
If he was adopted by an Indonesian father then he lost his citizenship. He apparently has NO PROOF that he took steps to get it back.
If he was born in Kenya as other information indicates, then he’s not eligible to be President.
If he traveled to Pakistan in 1981 on an Indonesian passport, then he’s toast as Indonesia does NOT allow dual citizenship.
Obama’s Indonesian school records show he is listed as an Indonesian citizen AND that his religion is MUSLIM.
On his Illinois bar application he lists no other names used other than Obama, a blatant lie.

Obama is going to be asked in Federal Court to answer these questions which all of us who are natural born American citizens could easily answer. The problem with Obama is that he’s apparently lying and he can’t answer the basic questions because he’s been lying all along.
My gut feeling is that his recent “vacation” in Hawaii was to try to get the Democrat Nazis in Hawaii to produce a valid Birth Certificate.

You can't submit a motion to a court "outside" a lawsuit. The suit commences with the filing of a complaint with the court clerk. In this instance, the plaintiff probably filed his complaint to start the suit, then filed his motion papers (asking for a temporary restraining order and/or preliminary injunction) immediately thereafter - or, practically speaking, at the same time.
Actually, Hawaii currently has a Republican administration. (Gov. Linda Lingle spoke the other night at the GOP convention.) Whether that's a significant factor or not is difficult to say.

While there, Obama Sr. went into a drunken rage, and in an emergency, Ann Dunham called her parents for help, who arranged to have her and her baby fly to Hawaii. Once there, they arranged for said child to be documented as a US citizen.
Obama needs to produce hospital records or the records of the midwife, or whoever delivered this baby in the US, else he’s not a “natural born”.

Did you read the order? It summarizes the arguments of both sides and the court's judgments about the law. Read the arguments that went out under Ted Olson's (Bush's former Solicitor General) signature. The court accepted part of his arguments in dismissing the suit and didn't rule on the rest (without standing there was no need to).
The first action in court will be Obama's motion to dismiss and it will be granted using the same reasoning. My opinion is unimportant. Read the court's well supported opinion. It's not rocket science.

I also talked to Phil Berg. He is updating his site but I got the feeling he doesn’t reallyn have a reliable IT person and is using Friends, Consultants , or someone from the outside to do this since there is not timeframe available for the upload of yesterday’s events.
Anyone think Fox will touch it before Obama’s lawyers go to court?

So basically nobody except a competing candidate or a defeated candidate has standing to sue, apparently?
Beyond campaigning and voting, what can any mere citizen do about an ineligible candidate being elected?

But having read Berg’s complaint, it seemed that he was making more of a class-action argument(though he doesn’t pitch/file it that way explicitly) by mentioning the millions of dollars in donations, time volunteered, material support, etc., being defrauded from Hussein/Hillary/DNC supporters...those “damages” would give him standing, no? As a Democrat defrauded of specific campaign donations, etc., toward a bogus candidate?
Got my fingers crossed. If nothing else, Berg’s suit serves to stir the controversy that much more, and increase suspicion of Hussein’s eligibility, even if it gets thrown out.
Hussein’s words, actions, and associations/collaborations certainly indicate his divided or non-existent loyalty to the U.S., even if documents and such can’t be ruled conclusive or are “validated.”
And then there’s always that voter turnout verdict; perhaps making certifigate rather moot after all.

Of course we know that the Republican establishment will be all over this since they have Obama's real birth certificates. They have his passport records from Indonesia. They have the papers showing he entered Pakistan on an Indonesian passport. They also have Michelle's whitey speech. Oh wait, the Clintons have that. There are posts here that confirm all of this. I'm sure these items are being saved for late October.
These legal eligibility arguments are full of easy to find holes. See my about page for some more resources. The only possible problem he could have is if he was born in Kenya. But that issue can't be heard in Federal Court. The Constitution appears to leave it to the voters and Congress.
As a political issue I seriously doubt the American people will focus on what might have happened during the first days of Obama's life any more than they will focus on the first few days of McCain's life. Try Summing these arguments up in the 30 seconds given to a 527 ad.
Maybe there will be some bomb that leads to a fifty state sweep. The reality is that this will be a hard fought traditional campaign and the odds are against us. Resources should be allocated wisely.
Appreciate your post of that decision in New Hampshire. Seems as if that sets a bad precedent as far as Berg’s standing is concerned, and that Berg’s case has a good chance of being dismissed on lack of standing without the Court addressing the merits of his constitutional ineligiblility arguments. This doesn’t surprise me. I mentioned this possibility on another thread immediately after hearing of Berg’s suit.
