Obama and DNC served today concerning lawsuit questioning his qualifications to be President

I received the following email from a Philadelphia attorney who has filed a lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee and Senator Obama questioning his qualification to be President.

I asked Phil if I contributed to assure me none of the moneys collected would be used for political purposes.

Hi Bill,

No, none of the proceeds will be used to support any party. The proceeds donated will strictly be used for this litigation. Legal litigation is extremely expensive, especially when you require Expert testimony, which I am anticipating.

In addition, I just received confirmation that the DNC and Senator Obama were in fact served today, 09/04/2008. The DNC was served at noon and Senator Obama was served at 1:00 p.m. All Defendants have now been served so the case can proceed.

So - a big question:

Lets assume that Obama somehow coughs up a legitimate birth certificate and is then considered “natural born”... but-

There is documentation that shows that he had and used an Indonesian passport - which is ONLY issued to Indonesian citizens (a country that does not allow dual citizenship). That would indicate that at some point, he was NOT a US citizen...

So - does he lose his eligibility that way?

“If he was born in Hawaii, and he was adopted in Indonesia by Lolo Soetoro, (Obama) would lose his citizenship,” Berg said.

Obama’s school record in Indonesia lists him as an Indonesian citizen and his religion as MUSLIM.

You are likely remembering partially that an associated request for a temporary restraining order that would have restrained the DNC from nominating Obama was refused.
