i get your point. But what happens if McCain dies and palin becomes president? What happens if iran conducts a nuke test, china launches an attack on taiwan or if there is another major terror strike by al-qaeda now based in pakistan? What will her response be?? My point is,considering the times we live in, she is too big a risk.I am not saying she’s incompetent, she’s just not experienced enough.IF this were the 90’s i would have no problem. But post sept.11 she’s a risk.

But Obama already has no foreign policy experience. So if you’re worried about her being second in line, reading between the lines I’d say you’re more worried about her being female.

Judgment outdoes experience every single time.

I’m not sure I get what you are worried about.

The person who would know exactly what to do in every scenario you described as never been born. A President has to assess each situation as it develops, listen to a plethora of advisors, consult whatever intelligence is available and weigh whether or not it is credible, and make a decision.

So you want a President who is at least familiar with that process and who can provide leadership, because they have a track record of making difficult decisions.

It is clear that Obama has absolutely no experience in that arena. His own arrogance will prevent him from even getting all of the facts, let alone allow him to make a rational decision. And his history of being around America hating individuals will color any of the decisions he makes, because he does not believe in American superiority in any sphere.

Biden has never had to make a decision that has cost him anything. That is how he has lasted for 36 in the Senate. No matter how outrageous he acts, how many lies he spouts, how many wrong decisions he makes, no one holds him to account.

At least with McCain and Palin, you have people who have had to make decisions with real consequences. And with them you know they love America. So they are going to decide scenarios that are based on us winning rather than us saying “mea culpa”.

I’ve seen enough of Palin to know she could handle the Oval Office if she had to. She understands the process, and she understands accountability. That is light years ahead of either person on the Democrat ticket.

So I don’t see your concern.

Ok, by your logic, not a single VP in the last 70 years has met your standard of experience.

And, where exactly is all of this concern and micro-focus on the potential VP's foreign policy experience coming from? Oh...wait, I think I know.....why, it's the left-media!

Silly me. Now that I've realized that, I'll defer to my betters in front of the television cameras.

She'll be fine. You have overestimated the importance of foreign policy "experience." What matters most in a leadership role are the people you surround yourself with. No president makes a major foreign policy decision without consulting the opinions of their experts, including national security advisor, joint chiefs of staff, etc.

Obama is dangerous to this country not solely because he is an imbecile, but because of the people he will surely surround himself with. I feel confident that Sarah will choose the people she surrounds herself with wisely.
