This is garbage and as conservatives we should say so. Obama doesn’t owe them a damn penny. They are responsible for their own lives. Just because O’s daddy went around making more babies doesn’t mean he’s supposed to help them. Did Obama even KNOW these people growing up? I doubt it. Now that he’s the big man, they all want a piece of him.

But if I found out my father knocked up some broad on the otherside of the world, and I could help out my half brother, I would. A couple grand could change his life. Buy him the biggest shack in the slum, with a garden and a cow.

Ok, but then why the hell is Obama making trips to Kenya and going over there to talk up his cousin’s campaign? Why does he go around talking about his brother’s keeper when he won’t help his own family? He insists the rest of us help and sacrifice for people we will never meet.
That is hypocrisy and his brother wasn’t ASKING FOR A PIECE OF HIM. Someone found out about him. Hardly like he’s trying to cash in on it.
Okay, I understand McCain does not know exactly many houses he or his family own.

OK, while Sen. Obama doesn’t have a legal obligation to help his own flesh and blood, I would argue that he has a moral one that is completely consistent with conservative principles. I wish more family members would take care of their own; it would lower all of our bills for public assistance.
And what exactly changed as a result of him doing that?
Answer, AFAIK, nothing! Waste of time.
Sorry, maybe I should have more sympathy, but this pisses me off, maybe because of personal experience. How has he survived until now? Where is the rest of the family (his local family)? Why can’t they help and why didn’t he reach out to them? It seems his brother must be having other issues if he can’t get any help EXCEPT his wealthy american half-brother.

It would go straight into some campaign worker's pocket. Remember when the little girl sent Bill Clinton her carwash money for some charity? Bill read the letter, laughed and put the money in his pocket in front of a reporter.
