berg makes some persuasive arguments. i don’t think the “sept. 31” mistake will be a problem.
I didn't know Mr. Berg was a Democrat? Is he a "Joe Lieberman" or "Zell Miller" Democrat? (In which case his motion will be summarily dismissed, at least by our "free" press.) If he's a "for real", full-tilt establishment Democrat, your theory may be hold water. Could this be the fabled "bombshell" the Clinton's threatened to drop, but may have decided against dropping to avoid looking "racist and xenophobic"?
You hear a lot about “activist” judges, and some of it is true. However, there isn’t a judge on the bench that will touch this case. See any signatures on those orders?

He appears to be a Truther, Axis of Peace type.
He is a Hillary supporter, former atty gen or asst atty gen of his state, and ran for senate and governor. (I think)

Slightly OT:
For those who have difficulty knowing how many days are in each month, there’s a simple method that doesn’t involve memorizing.
Make a fist, knuckles up. Start counting from either side, counting each knuckle and each ‘valley between each knuckle’ as you recite the months in order. When you get to the other end of your hand, reverse direction starting with the knuckle you just counted, counting it again. (or move to the other hand, counting the same way.)
Each month you count ON a knuckle has 31 days. Each month you count on a valley has 30 days, except February, of course.
Well, I said you didn’t have to memorize anything, but you’ve already memorized the order of the months, right?
This method is much easier to demonstrate than to explain in writing. Phew!

I agree, the guy hangs out with and has worked with known terrorist and that matters not. He has carte blanche because he is THE ONE ! If he was white he’d be history long ago.
