Everybody knows what the Bush Doctrine is.

Difficult part is: no one knows what their neighbor’s Bush Doctrine is.

I think it is pretty clear now that this term caught fire during the 2002-2004 campaigns. It doesn’t really mean any one thing but is almost always used to make a candidate look aligned with President Bush.

Back in July 07 he and Hillary were trying to pick up their party leftists and pro-terrorists. Today I don’t think Obama would like to be reminded about that statement.
