Charlie Questioning Obama
Senator, I’m curious about your feelings last night. It was an historic moment. Has it sunk in yet?
when everybody clears out, the staff is gone, you’re in your hotel room at night and you’re alone — do you say to yourself: “Son of a gun, I’ve done this?”
when you announced, did you truly, in your gut, think that a black man could win the nomination of a major party to be president of the United States?
I watched closely your countenance last night, your mien, as you stood in that hall. You didn’t smile much. Has the joyfulness of this hit home yet? Do you take joy from it?
Charlie can act like he thinks Sarah isn’t qualified all he wants by trying to act all intimidating during the interview and hostile and throw really hardball questions all he wants. But when he asks such soft-ball questions to Obama, we know who he REALLY thinks is unqualified. Clearly, Charlie is afraid to ask Obama the questions he knows he should ask Obama, because Obama couldn’t handle the questions at all and that would expose Obama for the fraud that he is. Sarah handled the interview very well, it was an extremely hostile, combative style of questioning. I was shocked and she did very well, it was clear she knew what she was up against. Sarah is very qualified.
