Terrific... Obama has been all about image and illusion...

It will be highly entertaining to see him spaz out... angry... a psycho... can't wait !!!

First debate should be a hoot and a half with John McCain trying to talk about the issues and Obama spouting on like an angry activist... blubbering even...

I don’t think this McCain = Bush line is working for him. For one thing, I don’t think George Bush is nearly as unpopular as Obama thinks he is.

I think you're exactly right. As many point out, leftists live in an isolated world where they and all their friends hate George Bush. Really hate him. The leftist media perpetuates this hate and slants every story with it. They THINK that their polls show a wide hatred of Bush across the country. Because of this relentless onslaught of hatred, most people who do like Bush and what he's done in the war on terror won't admit it to pollsters or to anyone they know disagrees but it will turn into an argument. So in reality there's a lot of support for Bush.

"Barack Obama's big blunder"

Hahahah good stuff but check this out from an AP story:

"US Democratic presidential contender Barack Obama has said he will only proceed with installing a US missile shield base in Poland if it does not target Russia, Poland's foreign minister said Thursday." Hahahah a Missile shield that targets another country?

OR is he saying it can't target incoming Russian missiles?

Is this guy REALLY that dumb?

In his latest ad, he appears very, very angry and I guess that's his strategy from now on.

When do the threats of racial unrest begin?

The only thing that makes sense about bambi’s “new” plan is that they are losing their base and this is the fastest way to get them back.

Because, yeah, attack and smear is the fastest way to lose moderates, independents and fence sitters. I.E., if all he is, is running against Bush, Bush will win again.

IMHO, when Obama is talking about Bush, my mind is thinking but Bush isn’t running, what on earth is he talking about here.

How an American political party can scrounge around resumes and dig up this unqualified, egomaniac, muslim Obama and foist him on the vast unwashed populace who would vote for a dog as long as he's a democrat, should escape us not at all.

A couple of decades ago (the trend started before that), the Democrat party stopped being a party with any ideas and started being a party fixated on gender, race and celebrity. An Obama was inevitable.

Palin knocks down one of their pillars and down the road, a minority GOP candidate for POTUS or VPOTUS will knock down another and the whole Democrat house will come tumbling down.

Many people, inc. Rush, have been predicting the Dem demise for decades based on the fact that Dems have not coalesced around basic principles, but instead are a cobbled together groups, each competing for government largesse. During the primary we saw splintering in the black/Hispanic groups as blacks went Obama and Hispanics went strong for Hillary. Now we're seeing the splintering of the Democrat women with Palin. With a GOP minority candidate, either black or Hispanic, the GOP will splinter off minority votes from Dems.

Dems are dying by the same sword they've been living by for decades.

" Obama hides his anger fairly well .... " so far, until now.
The more he is under pressure, no matter how much he is couched, advised, once he is on TV LIVE ... in a setting that he is not comfortable with....it's going to show... be patient, it's gonna happen.
I have been praying that the MSM/DEMS/LIBS/OBAMA ( ex specially OBAMA totally loses it.
I have been praying that they keep making mistake after mistake, gaffe after gaffe .
I have been praying that during the Presidential debate live on national TV that he goes berserk, insane, and loses it big time in front of the whole nation and they will have to call the secret service men and security guards to restrain him and take him off the stage.

"Also, McCain is clearly different from Bush.... although I’m not sure that’s entirely a good thing."

When the alternative is a USA with a President Barack Obama...how could it be anything else but an "entirely good thing"?

Cheers!

He is also not being given sufficient time to provide specifics on his plan to make government/community service MANDATORY in return for a social safety net.

McCain=Presidential - that's the first thing that comes to mind when you say someone's like the sitting president. Now, Obama=Pelosi - that I can see... I suppose this viewpoint is slightly tilted by the fact that congress’ approval rating is abysmal.

I think the big thing that Obama needs to do to win is to have Reverend Wright campaign with him. :-)

Great point!

“There are things John isn’t telling the American people about changes that will take place after he’s sworn in. Many will like those changes, but if you’re on the government payroll, you might not like them.”

I hope so! When is the last time you read the Government had poor revenue for the year and was eliminating 80,000 jobs??

Check out their picture of Obama, he is unrecognizable as the same candidate of a week ago. Tight pinched lips, slit eyes, furrowed brow, he looks like a man full of hate and stressed to the limit. If I saw a stranger looking at me that way my first instinct would be to reach for a weapon. I believe that picture shows us the real Barack Obama.

I was struck by how close they were sitting. Neither one of them could move a leg without kicking the other in the shins. It forced her to remain perfectly still and helped her appear solid as a rock. Or so it appeared through the tv.

When do the threats of racial unrest begin?

I believe they have started already with the claims that if Barry loses it will be because of racism. This is simply a way of preemptively justifying unrest (riots).

“The thing that truly sickens me is that this empty-suit of a Socialist twit got as far as he has.”

He got where he is because the left wing democrats, which is to say, all democrats, make only one calculation about who they nominate. Is he/she electable? (They are not very good at that.) Nothing else. Not even a pretense.

Why, then, have we had McGovern, Mondale, Dukakis, Gore, Kerry and now Obama? Oh, Bill Clinton, you say? If not for Ross Perot, he would have been among the unelected.
