Sweetness and Light has noticed something disturbing. In this video, Obama can clearly be seen (at 12:20) doing a physical imitation of John McCain.
At a moment when describing a McCain ad, Obama adds a somatic gesture to create an image of John McCain. That gesture involves changing his stance and arm position to imitate the way McCain stands—a stance the Senator developed as a result of the injuries he suffered while he was a "guest" at the Hanoi Hilton.
Since Obama has already done the middle-finger-scratch gesture at Hillary and made the "lipstick on a pig comment," it is entirely reasonable to see this as intentional mockery.
The gesture was clearly an imitation of McCain—the context makes that plain. Obama makes no other such bodily gestures EXCEPT when he's creating a picture of McCain in the windmill commercial.
Obama may not have been directly saying "ha, ha, you got your arms broken and a bayonet plunged into your groin and I didn't." It doesn't matter. His way of imitating John McCain is by imitating the man's physical stance.
Barack Obama is a puerile, emotionally under-developed little man. It's appalling to think that he could be this close to the presidency.
When he loses this election—and please God, let him lose this election—some will say it was because he's black. But it won't be. If people had a problem with him based on nothing but his skin color, then he would have been down in the polls all along. Instead, he is slowly sinking as people get to know him and learn what a mean-spirited little child he is.

That is not quite as clear an insult as the finger scratching, but still it is disturbing. Think the MSM will pick up on it? I don’t.
My thoughts exactly. After reading "The Case Against Barack Obama" and "The Obama Nation" it's clear that this is a little man-child who doesn't know who he is or where he fits in. So, of course he aims for the most powerful ofice in the world to validate his (lack of) confidence and convince himself that we like him, we really really like him.
I don’t know. I don’t doubt he has nothing but contempt for John McCain’s service and experiences as a POW, but I didn’t really see much there.
We would be better served by addressing issues and his stand on them, such as his nod towards socialized medicine in that speech he was giving.
I think we’re reaching in this case. Not very overt if that’s what he was trying to do, and there are much bigger issues we can pound Obama on than his hand gestures.
Wrong video. That’s Jill Biden. She’s very attractive, but there wasn’t much enthusiasm among those gathered. Where is the other video about which the article speaks?
Wow. It’s there. It’s so fast, but it’s there. I have a feeling he has a full-fledged impression he does behind closed doors that cracks everyone up, and that’s why it came out really quickly.
It doesn’t matter, though, because the left will never acknowledge what he is doing. My liberal brother, who pretends to be for women, was shown two videos of him flipping off Clinton. At the two different stump speeches, he does the middle finger scratching his face at the same time in the speech about Clinton, waiting for the audience laughter (which he gets) and cracking a smirk himself. Any third grader could see what he was doing. He denies that he was doing anything other than scratching his face, even when it was pointed out that Obama is left handed (this was with right finger) and usually scratches with his index finger.
He will lose this election because he’s representative of the worst of our society, the angry, snide, self-centered, weak, “blame the other guy” people who criticize anything better and stronger than themselves.
Remember when the media tore apart Rush for mocking Michael J. Fox? We heard about it for WEEKS!
