At the two different stump speeches, he does the middle finger scratching his face at the same time in the speech about Clinton, waiting for the audience laughter (which he gets) and cracking a smirk himself. Any third grader could see what he was doing. He denies that he was doing anything other than scratching his face, even when it was pointed out that Obama is left handed (this was with right finger) and usually scratches with his index finger.
