Biden has one redeeming factor (and only one). He did watch out for Senator Thurmond during those late night sessions.
IIRC, he would take Senator Thurmond home (or leave with him), the thought being their votes would cancel each other out.

The truth is that Obama had his education paid for by our enemies and those enemies convinced another anti-American to oil the tracks to Harvard for Obama who was clearly not qualified for entrance to that university.

Now that I am retirement age I often look back on some of the things I did when I was much younger and marvel at how I thought at the time I was being smart and now I smack my forehead and wonder how I could have been so stupid. I have noticed that some people never seem to realize their own stupidity, those must be the dumbest of the dumb, they spend their entire lives thinking how smart they are while others watch them and wonder how someone so stupid manages to tie his own shoes.
Actually, all we’ve seen, as far as evidence of his intelligence, is his ability to deliver a pre-written speech well, speeches that don’t actually say anything.
As far as economics, foreign policy, understanding people, understanding the nature of threats in the world,
we don’t see much in the way of intellect.
