correct me if I’m wrong, but 274 would be enough to win the presidency, right? ;)

(I still say he exceeds 300 on election day)

Don’t know if you heard it or not but on FNC they had someone on that kept saying that people that are worried about the economy may vote for Obama, but they may also worry about other things and vote for the team with more experience. It said that a couple of times about MCCain having more experience.

They also had a segment that showed that McCain did NOT lie in his ads about Obama signing a bill to have sex education in kindergarten.

Then Biden said about half an hour ago that paying more taxes is the patriotic thing to do, on Good Morning America.

I sure hope McCain’s numbers keep climbing. He needs to win by a lot or the dems will whine for another 4 years about being robbed.

Right, he only needs 270 electoral votes to win the elections.

270 needed to win. I don't know about 300 in today's climate. Close to that maybe.

experience will not win the elections.

experience gets us the Obama experience of the same old sameold masked as change.

we need a fighter.

Obama the wimp
vs
McCain the fighter.

Bingo. if the economy is tough, banks are failing, and terrorists threaten; who you gonna call? A community organizer? I don't think so. Instinctively, people will 'run to poppa'.

Electoral-Vote.com also has a plug-in for Firefox which posts the current tally in your status bar, and clicking on it will take you to the website. It works pretty nice.

“we need a fighter.”

Fighter is a leftist term that means taking money from people who work and giving it to people that don’t. Every lib politician claims to fight for the down trodden and that really means stealing money from the producers to give it to the leeches.

Conservatives should use a different word to describe leadership qualities.

McCain 274, Obama 243 Ties 21

Ties 21- that shows where we most need to have multiple poll watchers armed with video cameras during voting hours, and observers watching and recording the vote count procedures.

Anywhere close, for that matter.

All the polls seem to be McCain vs. Obama, head to head. Has anyone seen any polls where Barr is added to the mix? Is there any chance that Barr may switch some of the closer states to Obama?

But that can’t be. CNN keeps saying Obama has more electoral votes. Would CNN lie?

They’re gonna whine anyway.
