I really hope this is the sunspot cycle kicking in. I don’t want to disprove the global warming weenies at the expense of famine and misery from a long stretch of cold climate.
Like like to see them suffer for as long as possible without the rest of us really taking in the chin on with lower temperatures.

People don’t learn if they don’t suffer from their idiocies. We need the mini ice age, and we need it to be severe enough to make people want to stone the GW fools. We also need for this financial crisis to come to a head now, rather than later, for the ensuing enlightening (hopefully involving a lot of tar and feathers).
People don’t learn unless they are held accountable. It’s just the nature of the species.
