Anyone listening to Obama? His teleprompter is screwed up. I think they left the applause lag time in.
He keeps waiting for long periods and then starts over.
He sounds like a 10th grade trying to read in front of the class. He punctuates I instead of President. He also sounds like he doesn't believe a thing he is saying. He acts like a kid that was pushed out in front of the audience and told to perform and he doesn't know his lines. I can hear MSNBC - We are investigating into the recent alligation that the teleprompter Obama uses was tampered with. Our sources tell us that the company that makes this type of teleprompter is a supporter of McCain/Palin.

Just like in North Carolina (I think) a couple months ago when he was fumbling around and said “Wait a minute, I can’t hear myself”? That was a dead give-away.
That was painfully obvious. The media is spinning it that he heard applause through his earphone.
He’s been coddled by the press so much that when called upon to actually talk off the top of his head, well, you see the true results...AIR HEAD OBAMA!~

Some DBM did this to Bush recently - on purpose.
They left out the audience response, on purpose, to make Bush look like he lost his place when he was waiting for the applause to subside.
THAT’S BULLCRAP!!! If it was the applause he was hearing why did he have that ‘deer in the headlights’ look and was so nervous and lip licking while this ‘applause’ was heralding his statements.

I have tears from LAUGHING! ....and then to top it off, with the major economic problems, he’s talking about how he’ll cure the mosquito problem in AFRICA!
There he goes again - pretending to be President. What kind of “address” is this - talking about malaria????
I am still shocked that we could have this empty suit as President of the United States.
And this could not come at a worse time. Had he followed Reagan, we could have survived him. We had some losers back before Lincoln, but America was still relatively isolated from a hostile world. But America can’t afford to have this guy now.

I didn’t see the interview but I suspect that he is experiencing serious campaign fatigue. With the exception of the trip to Hawaii I believe he has been campaigning nonstop for a long, long time. He’s on auto-pilot sometimes and absolutely wasted other times, IMHO. This is undoubtedly the hardest thing he has ever had to do and he’s frustrated with the twists and turns of the campaign where campaign managers are telling him he’s at the goal line, only to see McCain keep moving the posts on him. This was supposed to be a cakewalk after he defeated Hillary and like a foolish runner, he expended his energy on that earlier part of the race. Now this inarticulate, old guy who is hated by half the conservatives has run up his back and is passing him.
I also don’t think he eats properly for the marathon he is running. Add in the campaign strategizing, the off-the-cuff remarks of his “supporters”, including his VEEP selection, the media’s disenchantment (okay, just a little)and his extreme efforts to hide his history while he has a tendency to revert to his real, elitist self when he’s tired and he is having a real problem making it to November 4. The old guy is running circles around him and he knows it.
Apparently his 300 advisers were talking in his ear.
I had tears in my eyes and aching ribs from laughing so hard at this empty suit trying to read that teleprompter.
How can it be more clear what a danger this manchild would be to this country.
