He did VERY well....PLUS....he’s WORKING on a solution to the financial mess....while Obama has just spent most of his time practicing for the debate (and waiting to see if he gets a phone call for his input) Lol...

I missed a few parts but I believe McCain did well.
I was impressed with McCain. McCain is a steady hand. Oboma came off as nervous, stuttered allot, looked down allot when he lies ... Oboma did not make a good showing. In fact, he tried to over talk McCain in desperation.

Monday, Rush will have the “compilation” of not only all of Obie’s “uhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhuhuh”’s, but one of the “John mcCain is right”’s.

McCain was a little weak at first but killed him in the last two rounds, IMO. Most others agree that McCain won the debate going away based on the fact he rattled O badly. On a druge report poll going on right now McCain is ahead by 73 percent of the votes, about 32,000 for him so far and about 11,000 for O. ABC gives it to O of course but others, including some left wing pundits, have given it to McCain.

Great ad!!
I thought I was the only one that noticed how many times Zero agreed with Mac.
Decisive win for McCain. Intrade has McCain winning BIG!

O'bomber didn't run rings around the old man as was predicted...
John McCain did get under his skin quite a FEW times...and you could see it with the split screen......it made O'bomber look childish and unpresidential.
I was waiting for John to call him son......as in Jr.

What i took away from this debate, remember, i am your average viewer”
Tonight, at times, Obama looked lake an angry young man...who didn't look as he was in control of himself, and came out looking incisive..
McCain looked like a fighter, but also look like my dad...i love McCain (figuratively of course)

I noticed BO credited McCain more often (ten, twelve times ?) than he disagreed with him.
To: txroadkill
Now that’s impressive. Well played.

How did McCain do for real?
I saw about 2/3.
I mostly agree with what the FOX News Channel folks are saying...
no real knockout punch, no embarassing sound bite by either candidate
that will you'll hear 24/7 in the other candidate's adverts.
My overall feeling is that McCain came off as the steady hand
that won't fold up like a cheap suitcase to make Putin, Kim Il-Sung
(sp?) or the Ayatollahs of Iran be nice to us.
And McCain was the one "full of p-ss and vinegar" and kept on
the offensive (in a measured, reasonable way).
I don't necessarily disagree with folks that Obama "won".
Maybe Obama wins on style points.
But McCain surely did show he's got more on the ball than
the youngster behind the other podium. And over the time to
the election, that might slowly sink in on some un-decideds.

McCain looked like a sage high school principal patiently enduring a debate with a newly-minted class president who zealously campaigned on the promise of adding a second soda machine to the cafeteria.

The Obama cult is out in full force with their comments over there.

One of the 527s has to make this video an ad. Together with the reactions from the foreign leaders and ‘journalists’.
