I’m not a lawyer, but I believe libel and slander are civil matters, not criminal.
A sheriff or prosecutor should not be involved. St. Louis County should be absorbed into Illinois. We should split more of KC with Kansas so the liberals can be absorbed by more real people. Missouri would go Pubbie every time.

Interesting thoughts on annexing St. Louis into Illinois! It would be nice to have a solid Conservative majority in the state I’d bet. :)
