Just skimmed this, but it is pretty right on. There is an almost messiah like wishful thinking in Obama supporters. He will solve everything! And Punish those who oppose us!

The McCain campaign needs to keep tweaking him, it took him 2 weeks of sputtering after the RNC to get over the mocking.

TWEAK HIM! MOCK HIM! His personality can’t take it, he WILL respond, last time he responded about his “community organizing” which went over like a lead balloon.

My high school best friend and I were very interested in hypnotism. ( Early 60’s.) I found that I had a very high resistance to being hypnotized. I remember sitting in a room with a group of people and a hypnotist and watching everyone else going into trance. 8 years later in 1969 I was again in a room watching everyone else go into trance. This time the speaker was Bill Ayers. I spend some time watching Ayers speak (and gesture) trying to figure out how he did it. When I first heard Obama spead he reminded me of Ayers. That was BEFORE I learned to the connection between the two men. I baelieve that Ayers recruited Obama during his Columbia years.

TWEAK HIM! MOCK HIM! ...yep. Laughter is the one thing that both bullies and narcissists fear the most. Hard to maintain control of a people that are laughing at you.

At my old job, the management ranged from spineless brutally incompetent people to near-violent bullies. The first thing that they did was ban the posting of "Dilbert" cartoons in cubes and public areas. The punchlines hit far too close to home, and upper management in particular couldn't take the laughter directed at them.

Of course, being the subversive that I am (and since I was looking for a new job anyway)...I'd blow up the particularly relevant Dilbert cartoons and post them on the bulletin boards while I was working late at night. :-)

There is also a theme of punishment which runs through Obama's speeches and lectures, to punish the rich and white Americans for whatever neglect and injustices he feels he suffered in childhood. This came out in the Philadelphia Speech on race when he threw his white grandmother "under the bus" for her supposed racial attitudes. This is a sense of grandiose entitlement and self-righteousness which seems to come from this as well. His argument goes like this: He went to Harvard and can pronounce big words so you are supposed to vote for him or "you're a racist." It's a shakedown. The threats and racist insinuations are pathological. No one deserves or is owed being elected as president based on some alleged past wrongs. A candidate has to earn the votes. The whole tone of this campaign has been wrong.

Can a narcissist be a sociopath? ... Absolutely, and a sociopath is far more dangerous than a mere narcissist, especially if allowed to become ‘supreme leader’ of the free world!
