I live in the peoples republic of Maryland, close to DC. I'm ready to go down to DC on Thursday or Friday, whenever the congress comes back into session to renegotiate this deal in order to make mine and my family's voice heard.
I'm not sure how to organize something like this, but to be sure, there are people on FR that do. It really would need to be peaceful and orderly, but it's time to Assemble (ala, the First Amendment).

If you go, try and get entry into the senate chambers, so you can watch the deliberations, contact your congressman to get access, I think you need a ticket or might just be able to go in... A realtime report would be sweet.

I was wondering if there were no demostrations planned for Thursday over the bailout. I’m in Texas, with a meeting on Friday. But, yes, if there is a rally I’ll go up for the day on Thursday. I am furtious over this bailout.
