There are strong and persuasive arguments that he MAY have penned the outline and a rough, really crappy, first draft. I think these people write books (actually, its a ghost writer) then organized Lefty groups, etc. buy millions of copies and then dump them at sea. The author becomes an instant millionaire and the organizations are able to funnel the cash directly to the author. Nobody is the wiser.
