Well, to answer my own question—I googled Drummond Pike's name and found out he's the founder of the Tides Foundation a far leftist group that funds other leftist activists. Got his big break working with Norman Lear on “People For The American Way”. Started out with nothing and has used his foundations to somehow become a millionaire. Typical leftist, “Communism for you...aristocracy for me.”

Rathke's wife said his new employer, ACORN International, is a separate group with separate offices.

The Onion's going to go out of business. They can't top stuff like this. Steal a million -- get bumped up to the international office!

A "separate group" that's, well, uh, also "an affiliated group, New Orleans-based ACORN International, which does human rights work overseas."

No connection. At all.
