WHEN WILL McCAIN TAKE A STAND LIKE GOV. PALIN HAS?

As much as I respect McCain for his service, time in The Hanoi Hilton,
doing a top-flight job of running a Navy aviation squad less than
two years after he returned home...

...if I was making bumper stickers or slogan T-shirts for McCain,
I'd tell my supervisor that this is the slogan we need to use:

"When I vote 11-4-08,
I'm also casting my 11-6-12 vote.
For President Palin!!!"

When? LOL!!!!!!!! McCain is a washington insider, a two faced POS elitist. Palin is the reason to be positive. If McLame wins we hope for McLame to keel over and Palin becomes president.

I agree Norman. He must fight.

The VP debate is over, and we won that. The bailout garbage is taken care of.

Time for McCain to go Truman on the Dem Congress and Obama

Look for McCain to get very aggressive in the coming days. If I’m wrong I’ll eat crow.

You can’t offer a single plausible explanation for that assertion.

Two things:
ASSama is trying to win, even lying, cheating, doing anything legal and illegal to win. He is everywhere, saying anything, doing anything. He is motivated and actively working to win.
In contrast this whole tread is about McCain and his efforts in the campaign. The contrast is too dramatic.

Obama’s peaking too early. Look for McCain to get very aggressive when it counts most.

I hope so, I am counting on it. If not, it is time to let Sarah bail.

Gore did the same as Obama in 2000. He was everywhere also.

These comments are the same we heard in past elections.

What do you mean he wasn’t prepared? He’s had 26 years to prepare. It’s not like the questions were that involved or difficult. Give a short layman’s answer and call your opponent out on his lies. Simple as pie for a long time senator.

You may be right. I was disgusted waiting for McCain to fight like a man, and then he unloaded on 0bama to great effect just before the conventions. He may be doing the same thing now.

He may also have wanted to wait until the bailout was signed before stirring the hornets' nest.

Too bad, of all the times we need a great candidate, we’re stuck with Mac.
Zero has so much that can be put out there and all these ads are not enough.

I feel sorry for Sarah because I think she is the one carrying the load
and Mac is dragging his feet with all this nicey-nicey crap and where did that get Bush?

The media won’t tell the truth, they won’t even hint at anything bad about Zero.
It is beyond belief why the media are in the tank for this person. Lord help us.

Maybe McCain does not want to win anymore. We are all headed down the toilet and maybe he doesn’t want to be the one to have to deal with this mess.

I listened a bit to Rush today. When he was asked this question he said he had heard a rumor that McCain, and through him his campaign, believes that elections are really decided in the last 72 hours of the campaign. If that is true then I am very wrong and you are very right.

But I still wonder why McCain's actions are so damnably tepid. He could save the 18" guns for later but in the meantime his base is getting frustrated and demoralized (hence this type of thread) because he is not even using the 50 calibers, just the paintball guns. I fear undecideds are making up their minds and will quit paying attention to what is happening. There is also the early voting. Every vote McCain loses in this early stuff, and it is all across the country, is a vote which cannot be recovered. That is bad.

I do hope I am wrong, mainly because I hate to lose Palin in the process.

THE BAILOUT IS GOING TO COME BACK AND BITE THE REPUBLICANS IN THEIR ASSES!

The Dhims are going to make sure history sees to it the right-wing Most corrupted party ever (their words) is at fault for this. No tax increase when Zero gets in—

We have just been given our INCREASED TAXES before Zero ever got in.

Your kidding. What about Obama and his crack and marijuana use. After all, both are in the past.

They must be desperate. I thought the wives were supposed to be taboo?
