I am not even joking, boycott, but this crazy-looking androgynous creature wearing black, thick-framed circle glasses; a confused, angry frown; and very short, messy, silver hair in hiking sandals got up to read at this public meeting I was at the other week; she was wearing this big red “DON’T — VOTE — REPUBLICAN!!!” button on her vest-over-a-t-shirt. When this person stood up to announce themselves, their name was “Pat.”
