That ‘bout sums it up.
So Hillary wishes we hadn't fielded a candidate this cycle because of Bush, many liberals have expressed that we should have our voting privileges revoked for having voted for Bush, and if you dare to challenge them anywhere they predominate, they will either ignore you or shout you down. I know this forum is for one side only, but we wouldn't shut down our counterparts on the other side I hope unless they clearly broke a law.
We've got to fight the Global Poverty Act, too. We've given enough, and we simply cannot afford it nor afford to set the precedent. I worry they will try to slip it through if we aren't paying attention.
What recourse or checks and balances will we have if Obama wins, Dems prevail in the house and senate, to keep from getting shut down and shut up (I know people are talking weird stuff but it's just talk at this point)? I'm talking nonviolent, legal solutions. The ACLU won't be on our side, the SC might not hear a case, what will we have left?
They'll use subterfuge, say things like guilt by association when it's about judgment, racist when there's nothing racial whatsoever about it, hate speech, etc.
Did Fox News cover that harshly worded statement by the Governor about Obama and his “Ministry of Truth”?

Obama is not a warrior. He is a coward.And he will sooner or later see the iron in America's soul. I pray that it be sooner.
That will not happen. The military will not turn on the civilians. The civilian population particularly in the West and South and Midwest of our nation are armed. Many are ex military. A few in the military would obey an unlawfull order to attack civilians, most would not. Some would desert and some would desert and join the civilians in the fight.
They would try to take our weapons first. As Charlton Heston said, "From my cold dead hands."
