Here is a bunch of ideas for Michiganders to bring a victory to their individual races and get McCain/Palin to reconsider the decision to campaign in Michigan

TOPICS: Government; Politics/Elections; US: Michigan

I have to wonder just how smart it was for the McCain campaign to announce they were pulling out of Michigan? If you have to do it, do it, but don’t announce it like some moron.

Those who have worked so hard in Michigan will now feel abandoned and what would be their incentive now to go on working to get McCain elected? I hope McCain isn’t paying those who are advising him too much, because, they aren’t worth too much.

“...He’ll be back in style...”

BINGO! This is one play in an overall strategy, IMO

You know, for someone who has pulled out of the state,I sure am seeing ALOT of McCain ads running on local Detroit TV stations. Things get curiouser and curiouser.

I agree that this may be part of their strategy. If they back out of Michigan then Obama won’t be as active there. In a week or so they will announce a huge rally in Michigan and the people will be pumped. Michiganders can identify with Sarah and Todd, especially in the U.P.

Ummmm...I don't think those are McMaverick ads per se. I fairly sure that they are paid for by other people. I never hear any of them saying, "I'm McCain and I approved this ad."

Perhaps he will be back "in style." If for nothing else than to validate his little speech at Freedom Hill when he said "A little straight talk here. I need Michigan to win."

I had the perfect rally idea...Gov Palin, Todd Palin, Mitt Romney and Ted Nugent. The state would be crazy about it. All there hometown heros in one place. Pound home the idea of bho and connect him to kwame. I think Michigan is still in play and we sure could use those 17 electoral votes.

He’s been on Beck a couple of times. I’m not a Beck fan but that’s reason enough to tune in. He makes so much sense. Michigan would love to see their hometown boy at a rally.
