Phil J. Berg filed an amended complaint today in Berg v. Obama. The amended complaint adds the Pennsylvania Department of State, the Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro A. Cortes (in his official capacity), the U. S. Sentate Committee on Rules and Administration, and Senator Diane Feinstein (in her official capacity as chairman) for their failure to exercise due diligence with respect to Barack Obama's contitutional qualifications to be elected and serve as President of The United States, and for his inclusion on the ballot in Pennsylvania as a candidate for President of the United States.
The amended complaint also bolsters the standing argument and adds additional relevent facts.
Essentially, the argument is this:
* Senator Obama could put this whole issue to rest by providing an official "vault copy" birth certificate. * Senator Obama has chosen not to do so. * The defendants (other than Obama) have a responsibility to protect the integrity of the electoral system by properly vetting the qualifications of candidates, which they have failed to perform. * Mr. Berg, other Americans, and our system of government are damaged by this failure. * Senator Obama, who has collected $425,000,000 in campaign contributions, has perpetrated a fraud.
Following are some of the factual statements made in the amended complaint (The complete complaint is attached below):
36. Obama is a representative of the Democratic People. However, Obama must meet the Qualifications specified for the United States Office of the President, which he must be a “natural born” citizen. Additionally, Obama must be at least a “naturalized” citizen to hold his Office of U.S. Senator for Illinois. Unfortunately, Obama is not a “natural born” citizen, nor is he a “naturalized” citizen. Yes. I agree with you that Obama is an Indonesian citizen. But I’m also beginning to suspect that he was actually born in Kenya.
There shouldn’t be any reason he couldn’t, in this instance, get a court order and have his original sealed birth certificate presented publicly.
That Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) that Fight The Smears has on the website is NOT a birth certificate. His sister Maya has a COLB and she was born in Djakarta, Indonesia.
This needs repeating.
54. Plaintiff is informed, believes and thereon alleges Obama stated his citizenship as a “Kenya Citizen” when he applied for and was accepted at Columbia University. Obama has refused to release any records from Occidental College, Columbia University, Harvard Law School and any of his medical records.
What a tie to other things that he is refusing to do. It would make sense to say he was a Kenya Citizen to get preferential treatment/money to go to school. He may have also had to show a birth certificate to get in. So it could be in his original records.
Yes, something else. Why are there so many differing dates and ages regarding his time line for when things happened? He was 4 when she remarried, vs he was 6 or 7 when she remarried.
There are a couple of scenarios.
1. he was born in Kenya and hopes national outrage and rioting will intimidate the powers that be from letting the truth out.
2. His real father is someone other than Obama; maybe a well known radical? I wonder why he ignores his impoverished brother;...unless he’s not really his brother?
Tin foil hat is getting a little tight on my head. there is definitely something on that BC that he doesn’t ant America to see.
Nonetheless, official U.S. policy has been to discourage the incidence of dual nationality. The Government accepts but does not recognize or approve of dual nationality.

No. It isn’t indigestion. I have it, too.
It is a feeling of being unsettled, like something is coming our way and we can’t stop it. Sometimes it seems so many people around me are crazy, not the least bit curious about this man Obama’s past. And it doesn’t make sense that they can’t see what I see, another Hugo Chavez pulling a fast one on the electorate, but only what they want to believe.
For a long time I’ve felt as though dropped into a parallel universe where everything I’ve taken for granted in the past, like a questioning, cynical national press and voting public, could see right through Barack Hussein Obama. But many seem blind and dumb, and it is downright frightening.
If Obama is elected on November 4th, I’ll be buying a lot of ammunition.
The sequential number on the BC is an excellent point I hadn’t considered. He went to Hawaii for a reason; and it wasn’t to see a typical white woman.
Why doesn’t this person just file a motion for a court order to obtain an official “vault copy” from the source? A judge has that power to give the plaintiff that order.
Because, IF he was born in Kenya, his mother would have had x amount of time to get him registered in the US, to make him a citizen, BUT, I have a feeling that she was NOT aware of the citizenship laws of the various countries involved. As pointed out already, the certificate that he has on that site is bogus and fraudulent.
Where did you come up with this notion? The fact is that to the best anyone has been able to find, there is NO avialable hospital record of Obama's birth in Hawaii.
Perhaps you are confusing the hospital records, whcih SHOULD exist, and the COLB issued the the State of Hawaii, but which does not serve as proof of citizenship, since they are routinely issued after the fact for childern born outside Hawaii by (allegedly) resident parents. I also understand that there is a newspaper announcement, but I do not know when it appeared, or what it says. It might very well have been published two or three weeks later than the birth actually took place.
I’d like to see Berg get some well-known lawyers in on this and not stand out there all alone. I don’t know what to think of all this.
Just a little correction, IMHO, it is rather a “massive COMMUNIST conspiracy” akin to the plans of “old” Soviet Union, and part of a movement on behalf of the World Workers’ Party (COMMUNIST party - see MoveOn.org, Code Pink, and ANSWR).
There are many small groups all playing their part in concert with a worldwide push for “socialism” (their “nice” word for communism). The Democrat Party has ALREADY been taken over by the “FAR left” (see Hillary’s loss to Obama), and now they are aiming for the White House...
