Great points about education. I feel exactly the same and would include women in the group who are now “forced” into cubicle life. Being confined to a desk for 8 hours every day is not a healthy way to spend your life!

I would even say this type of “work” has led to the increase of depression/anxiety for thousands, maybe millions of Americans.

And also it has led to the loss of many God-given talents which people are now without opportunity to use. Computers are playing a major role too in the “confinement” of workers.

But I am convinced that Palin's bracing mix of male and female voices, as well as her grounding in frontier grit and audacity, will prove to be a galvanizing influence on aspiring Democratic women politicians too, from the municipal level on up. Palin has shown a brand-new way of defining female ambition -- without losing femininity, spontaneity or humor.

Camille misses that "Democratic women politicians too" will be no better at faking "frontier grit" than they are at faking "reaching out to evangelicals" while being pro-abortion.
