I think the Union Plumber IS right. One of the thinmgs I noticed this election is the lack of signs and bumper stickers.

Post a McCain sign....and you pick up a racist label.

My aunt has managed to get almost all my cousins and their family (all whom have never voted before) to register and vote early (in Georgia which McCain will take anyway). But I guarantee you there are a lot of folks like them. Lower middle income to poor whites who have seen their neighborhoods go downhill and their cities riddled with crime. Racist or not, that’s just the way they think.

I went to Bawlmer two weeks ago to pick up a rescue dog at BWI.

That takes care of my trips to Bawlmer for the next decade.

We rode through “Fedrick” in the end of Sept. and very few Zero signs were up...even in the usual neighborhoods.

I saw several Mac signs on W. Patrick St, all of places.

RT 11 to Chambersburg is the same story.
When you get to the Wilson College area, they’re everywhere like fungus on a rotting stump.

If the Media can convince people like this plumber that Obama wins easily, he doesn't bother showing up on election day.

The Republican are accused of suppression tactics in minority areas, the MSM/Dem Machine does it out loud and daily with phony polls all the time.

There’s lots of quiet anger out there with the PUMAS and with union people that feel Barry is being shoved down their thoats.

***Post a McCain sign....and you pick up a racist label***

The only PERMANENT bumper stickers I have seen have been Barry’s.

McCain’s have been MAGNETIC because, well hell, we know what would happen to the sticker AND your car if you leave it on in an unguarded lot.

(And I’m in TEXAS!!)

My neighbor and friend is a life long Democrat, who has never voted Republican in his 58 years.

He said that there is no way he will be responsible for the mess this “idiot” WILL create if he gets voted in.

He is also voting for a local Conservative for Congress, because he is very angry about the Democrat who stole the office from a good Republican in 2006. Thanks to his effort, the Minnesota legislature voted in the largest tax increase in it’s history. (A 46% increase....imagine that!)

I actually think my friend is starting to wake up after all!

If voter fraud is held in check I believe we have a chance in Pennsylvania in spite of the polls.

This brings me to another issue which is driving me crazy this election cycle. That is the manipulation of poll numbers to create the false impression that the man child is doing better than he really is. As an example, they'll conduct a poll with roughly the same numbers of rats, repubs, and independents. A week later the same poll is taken with percentage wise more rats which shows a man child false surge. The media is trying to influence public opinion in every underhanded way imaginable.

I think HRC voters did Barry to the tune of 3 to 7 in those districts. I like those odds for McCain/Palin, but you know the fix will be in on the other ends of the state with Philly and Pittsburgh contributing much voter fraud.

The way the media spun the VP debates is almost criminal fraud. Palin clearly won easily, but the media brainwashing was non stop. They followed the Goebbels doctrine to the “T”; Tell the same lie often enough, the public will eventually forget the facts an begin to believe it.

Fingers crossed.

Maybe they could have a few ACORN raids up in PA?

I know that these stories are just anecdotal...but, I can't fathom the average steel worker (there are some still working here); Teamster, iron worker, coal miner, etc., pulling the lever for 0bama. I am amazed at the constant polling that shows 0bama 'up' here in PA. I have a diverse group of family; friends; co-workers; and I can tell you that the folks that turned out in droves for Hillary (remember she took PA in the primary by 10 points) aren't liking Barry (put they conversation always seems to turn to how great Palin is). Hmmmm, wonder which way they are leaning?

But then again, I must run with a bitter, clingy crowd here in PA.

My oldest nephew (35) has two degrees, two kids, a mortgage, a job in the financial industry and is from a Conservative family.

I have step by step shown him the facts about obama and Ayers, Wright, Alinsky, Kenya, al-mansour, ACORN, senate bill 2433...

His response: "I don't want to talk about it".

If he and his fellow obamobots get their way they will spend the next fifty years regretting it...we all will.

Nope...I rescued a dog from a shelter in California...and her sister who went to a home in Nebraska.

This is her:

[though I did get her out of Bawlmer alive ~after dark~, so yeah, I guess I rescued her from there, too]....LOL

My friend claims to be utterly committed to finding out the facts and the truth about everything but she will not face the obvious, glaring crimes of her candidate.

It is utterly off limits for me to talk about Zero but she’s free to take pot shots at Republicans.

Liberals are fascists.

My sister is a liberal who has always voted Dem. She is not a racist, but cannot stand Obama. Her solution? She will vote for the local Dems and not vote for either candidate for president.

There are many like her. Effectively, a half of vote for McCain is better than a full vote for Barry. All those half votes add up, nationwide.
