What gets me is his family blaming the state for not getting him to a hospital. The guy was bed-ridden. Someone was bringing him food for years and years to enable him to get that huge. I suspect it was the same people blaming others now.
The people bringing him the food killed him so they are trying to move the fault to someone else. It’s like alcoholics whose families enable them to keep drinking. I’m close to one of those situations. The family can’t be bothered to provide shelter away from the guy’s drinking buddies but they were sure ready to sue when he wound up in ICU...again.

Here in Texas a black family was B-B-Qing and set the grill too close to the house. Well they left the grill unattended and the house caught fire. They are blaming the fire dept. saying that the house burned down because the fire dept was too slow in getting there.
They set the house on fire and blame the fire dept for it.
