So the Democrats cause the crisis and CNN expects them to gain from causing the crisis. That’s circular reasoning if I ever heard it.

I don't know what CNN is smoking, but when SNL runs a skit that does a better job explaining the subprime mess than the media, then something is definitely screwy with the MSM. I also think the fact that SNL runs such a skit says the average person is very aware of Congresses roll in this mess.

Sixty Democrats in the Senate with Obama in the White House is the end. They will lock the system down so totally there will be no getting rid of them.

Afraid so. The Communist have finally taken over America. Just as I have said that 2/3 of Americans are brain dead.

That’s what keeps me up at night. A filibuster-proof senate with Obama as prez will re-enact the fairness doctrine in a heartbeat. Talk radio will be dead and a large branch of the alternative media will be silenced by the tyrant. The democrat controlled justice department will probably prosecute websites that “foment hate speech.” The stories of babies born alive and left to die would not be heard, the truth of Obama’s ACORN connections would not get out, and there would be no way for the voices of dissent to organize, compare notes, or be widely heard. My greatest fear is that if Obama is elected, we will not be able to recover because the truth will be silenced as hate speech or out of simple “fairness.”

By 10pm Pacific time on November fourth two things will have happened. McCain will have been declared the winner. Obama and company will be rushing more video to a studio for the next expose on stolen elections that will be played hundreds of times before the election in 2012.

Right now they are playing the last one. And they are also playing Bobbie over and over.

Jack, Martin, Bobbie, the liberals are saying, “Let’s win this one for them.” Gag me with a pitch fork.

Even the cable services are in the tank for team stank!

2 years of unfettered liberalism may be fatal to the U.S.A.

Hey, let's start a pool. $10 per entry.

Should the Dems fail to win 60 senate seats on Nov 4, on what date will they file some charges against or float some scandal about a GOP senator from a state with a Democratic Governor?"

It didn’t end so well for LBJ. He did such a screw up job, he even pulled the plug on himself for running for reelection. LBJ - the Dem Dems don’t like to talk about.

How anyone could possibly want one party to be in charge is beyond me. When we had both house and senate I knew we wouldnt do anything (we never do). These yahoo’s will go to town!

Put me down for 12:01 AM, 11/05/08. I think we’re going to have to give them time to sober up...

I agree. Time to relax and get philosophical.

Things will turn around before you know it.

This is such utter BS. I have never been so angry at the mainstream media in all my life. They have lied again and again for Barack Obama and for the democrats.

Now, we have an old asshat of a candidate who doesn’t know how to fight and may have refused negative campaigning until ti was too late.

Ughh ...

This should come on in the history textbooks as the days of a partisan media on par with Soviet Pravda; a defacto state run media as it serves only to advance the agenda of one party.

I wish I had your optimism. But how many socialist laws were repealed during Bush’s first 6 years? Not one. Hell, the GOP wouldn’t even stop funding Planned Parenthood!

The only upside of the Dems being veto and filibuster proof is that they won’t be able to pass off their failures on the GOP. It’ll all be on them.

NM, VA, CO seats are gone.
NH, OR, NC are currently D leans.
AK, MN races are wild, let’s say they are tossups.

On a really bad day we may lose all 8.

Which means we need to hold all of MS, GA, KY. Looked easy a week ago, not so easy now.

True...but do you really think any failures will be reported as such..remember Clinton? The failure of HilaryCare was Page 3 or 4 IIRC.

The Democrats to the Left of LBJ (who were rioting in the streets outside the 1968 convention and INSIDE the 1968 convention, Eugene McCarthy’s supporters) AND the media heads who SUPPORTED them ARE the DNC and MSM of today.

The DEMs will be lucky to pick up 5 seats and 2010 looks great for the GOP when one looks at who is in play that year - We are likely to pick right back up 4-6 Senate seats in 2010 -
