Today Show sabotage...again
October 9, 2008 | vanity

The Today Show was at it again this morning. I was watching Fox&Friends and my wife asked me to turn it to NBC. I told her I would until Today started with their BS. It didn't take long.

After a piece about the McCain camp being "on the attack" that completely whitewashed the Ayers connection. They throw it to the female anchor who is to talk to Gibbs and Nicole Wallace. Of course they go to Gibbs first. That's just a given. Then the go back to Nicole and, surprise surprise, she can't hear. What do they do? They go back to Gibbs for another minute. Then they say, we've got Nicole back. She has to say, "I can't really respond to Robert because I couldn't hear a word he said."

I saw that. They make me sick. I liked when Nicole told Meredith “Sarah may not come on with you Meredith”.

Typical. They won’t mention it or claim that it was just the sixties and that’s the way people acted and have a joke over it.

It’s like all the radio reports in which McCain’s statement of the day is summed up by the announcer in about 5 words, then they describe Obama’s position, and then they play a clip of Obama speaking. Guess McCain’s voice can’t be recorded.

I am so sick of this crap.

I used to watch the news at night - switch back and forth between channels - and found myself screaming at the news anchors. Television is a one-way form of communication. After years of frustration, I decided to take a break. That was 4+ years ago. You can get all the news you need or want right here at FR - AND - you can post your comments (i.e. vent your frustrations). Let me assure you that once you turn off the news at home, peace and harmony return.

current TV is coppying the FR live thread format.

They did a debate version. It was not live but they just cherry picked the comments.

FNC should allow US to make the comments.

we would be far better than any CNN opinion-o-meter of a left wing mold psuedo independent focus group.

The other day while televising one of McCain's live stump speeches, MSNBC had the McCain video in a small box... while the dropping DOW ticker filled the whole screen.

I’m starting to wonder if maybe the higher ups are putting so much pressure that some of these “stars” are afraid for their jobs and are spouting the party line? I mean some of them are Obama goons, but my goodness, it is SO PERVASIVE.

With the hundreds, maybe thousands of people who work in the MSM, I can't believe they are ALL in the tank!
