Are you aware that the evidence Berg cites in his lawsuit are from someone (Techdude) who was proven to be a fraud who fabricated his evidence?
Both TexasDarlin and NoQuarter yanked his articles. And NoQuarter hasn't said a word about this lawsuit since August 25th.
Berg continues to cite Techdude's claim even in his latest amended complaint.

Not what I saw on the web. The borders were a creud joke. It was not signed by a state offcial and it did not have a embossed seal. You must be a newish Obama supporter.
A certification of live birth (the so-called "short form") takes its information from the original birth certificate. So if the certification of live birth says he was born in Honolulu, that's the information that was on the original birth certificate.
No, just a corrupted database due to a common glitch in the software they use. Their webmaster even posted saying this was the case.

No, the borders are identical to the borders on other 2007 certificates. The embossed seal was evident in the scan though because it wasn't a very good scan it didn't show too well. The signature stamp bleed can also be seen. These issues were addressed several months ago.
Also, FactCheck released photographs of the document. And the scanned image is entirely consistent with the document shown in the photographs.

Normally that would be the case, but Obama has already made the contents of his COLB part of the public record, as have the Daily Kos, and FactCheck.
The is absolutely no legal way that he can justify withholding the release of of a current, certified Hawaiian COLB when all the information that it contains, has already been been made part of the public record.
There is no way he can legally claim that his right to privacy will be damaged by its release.

That's incorrect.
The short form certification of live birth does not contain all of the information as the long form certificate of live birth.
That's why they call it a "short form."
