McCain just killed all the momentum and enthusiasm of the last week with this simple sentence in response to an angry attendee at a rally tonight:

“I have to tell you, he is a decent person, a person that you do not have to be scared [of] as president of the United States."

Oh I know more about McCain than 99% of the people here. That is why despite Palin, he is not getting my vote. He is a very unstable man.

I didn't "get it" at first when this thread was put up, but I think watching the video of this again it is entirely possible these were plants in the audience. The cooler heads saying he has to be careful not to fall into an Obama/Axelrod trap are absolutely correct. Read up on Chicago agitatoring under Obama and friends and this is a very real issue we ALL have to be cognizant of and think twice when McCain speaks to figure out where he is really coming from...

BUT I have and will continue to send him and his team emails when this happens just so he knows we are serious about wanting him to fight!

Just this afternoon it came out on newsbusters that at least one of the questioners at the debate was a known far left journalist. We also know the youtube debate questions were mostly set ups....

We need (all of us) to stop being so emotional and think with our heads like the opposition.. they have gone out of their way for a year now to yank our emotional chains and demoralize us to elect Obama... we are in the classic 2 against 1 battle and this emotionalism is playing right into their hands...

Comments like that are asking for the destruction of this country. WE do not deserve for mcCain to lose.... not unless we hate this country and don't care if it has a future. I dont' see mcCain having his mural painted all over the country like Obama, or having little kids singing his praises, or Obama Camps for pre-school kids to teach them to be good like Omamakids, or having his own TV station on Dish TV 24/7... I don't see McCain hanging around with terrorists who praise Castro, Chavez and the nutjob in Iran...

In other words..... I see Obama acting very much like Saddam Hussein and I see none of that from John McCain, I am voting for the person who loves America instead of the guy who loves himself.
