I agree on the Freddie Mac thing, but we got to keep in mind that if he loses, the entire climate is just killer for us.
It is a hard sell, and even if they tried that line, making it stick to Obama would be hard since people are flat desperate for change.

You may not be aware, but the mainstream media has all day been running spurious stories that McCain and Palin have been “inciting” people at their rallies.
When you hear the actual tape, you understand that McCain was just trying to calm down a pretty overwrought audience.
A radio news report I heard today used that clip to show that McCain is NOT “inciting” people, as has been claimed.
So calm down.
Maybe the guy was one of Obama’s fake Republican agitators. That’s his latest ploy to knock down McCain. I’m not buying into it and will be on the lookout for these numbnuts tomorrow in Davenport.

I have sent yet another email to johnmccain.com begging him to save this country but I don’t believe he ever hears of our emails and I don’t believe he is capable of changing. I feel so sorry for Sarah Palin. She hitched her wagon to a falling star. I believe within my heart that the only reason we have this lackluster candidate for President is because cross over voting was allowed and the Democrats chose him for us, knowing he would be beaten. Otherwise, we would have had someone with an ounce of good sense....but....then, I guess we wouldn’t have met Sarah Palin. Much as I love her....I love my country more. I have no presidential candidate....I do have a vice presidential candidate....does that suffice? It will have to.

Some on this board have said that same class thing in reference to President Bush. The press and the Dems turned him into a pile of jello. These people don’t have to get nasty. McCain doesn’t have to call Obama a terrorist. He can simply state the truth. Obama has been associated his whole adult life (and probably some of his teenage years) with very radical people. He can state that he has very dangerous ideas and with the state of the economy and the state of the world with the terrorism, we don’t have time to take those kind of chances with someone with so shady of a past and present.
Isn’t going to work. He can’t attck one minute then take it back in the next.
