It appears some “judges” have decided that voter fraud is a good thing for the country. It helps get their Marxist manchild elected.

They have to demand the 6th circuit rule en banc on this. Surprised not filed as yet -- perhaps due to federal holiday today.

But if she violated federal law in not guaranteeing the integrity of certain registrations, is there nothing that the GOP can do?

The three-panel decision was issued Friday; today is a federal holiday. Courts are closed.

I am going to assume the Ohio GOP will file a petition for a hearing en banc (the FULL court). As fortune would have itm 2 of the 3 judges on the panel were appointed by Dems. The full court has a slight R advantage.

If the full court decides to hear the petition, it will be done expeditiously. Whatever their decision, it will probably be in SCOTUS by the end of this week.

Who were the three judges? One of the current Judges on the 6th Circuit bench was my Torts professor and is a real conservative fellow...curious if he was on the panel?

I took the word of a FReeper who said 2/3 of the panel were D appointees. Going to the USCA’s website that lists Fridays decisions, this case wasn’t listed. The news stories don’t seem to mentioned the judges’ names ... will keep looking.

From the OHIO GOP website:

We agree with the dissenting judge in this ruling, who said Brunner's 'lack of concern for the integrity of the elections process is astounding and deeply disturbing.' She has fought to keep absentee ballots from qualified Republican voters; she has fought to keep observers from watching the early voting process; and now she has fought to keep election officials from verifying the identity of newly registered voters. Her legal battles serve only to destroy public confidence.

We have asked the court for an en banc review of the case, but regardless of the outcome we will continue to defend the integrity of this election against the partisan maneuvering of Ohio's chief elections officer."

The Election Board in Cuyahoga County, Ohio has decided to take matters into their own hands. They have directed the prosecutor to begin looking into ACORN election fraud. I commented about this on my blog. An Ohio Nutcracker
