An update on the Ohio voting FUBAR. The SOS is still hiding.

The reporters from Palestra.net just posted a look at what they've found so far in Ohio's early voting period. It's long, but really interesting and pretty damning.

They've got the requisite ACORN "victim" talking about registering so often she can't even guess how many times she's signed up.

However there's also some really interesting stuff about supposedly non-partisan volunteers pushing for people to vote for Obama, groups bringing in large numbers of homeless people to vote, and people not having to show IDs to vote.

They've done a really good job pushing this story so far (two of their reporters were on Greta Van Susteren's show on Fox News last week), but the Secretary of State has refused to answer any questions about the reports and apparently no one else in the local media is covering the story at all. Shocking, I know.

These kids covering the story are just college students and the Secretary of State apparently thinks this is all going to go away.

We need to keep this issue alive! There's a lot more going on than just the ACORN stuff. Send this to any bloggers you know. We can't let this partisan nutcase of a Secretary of State steal this election!

In a society in which free and honest elections, based upon the premise of one person, one vote, are no longer deemed to have that premise a true and correct statement, it is not long the citizenry abandon the ballot box in favor of torches and pitchforks.

WHAT IS BEING DONE TO PROTECT US FROM VOTER FRAUD? I have seen report after report of confirmed voter fraud, and have heard nothing but SILENCE from our "leaders". The election has not happened yet. If they can pass a bill worth hundreds of billions in 1.5 weeks, they can protect us from voter fraud in less time than that.

1. Require all voters show photo id and sign when they vote, and
2. bring out the blue ink.
3. throw out all the ACORN registrations
4. Remove all dead people from the rolls
5. Remove all felons from the rolls and finally...
6. PROSECUTE PROSECUTE PROSECUTE anyone who is caught voting more than once or submitting fraudulent voter registrations.

This would go a long way...

Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner (D)

An Ohio freeper has told me it's likely she will try to challenge George Voinovich for his Senate seat in 2010. Do not forget the face of fraud, fellow freeps!

This is why voter turnout was so light. It was kind of obvious that things would not go smoothly, and no one I know wanted to risk their vote not being counted over a technicality.
