KANSAS CITY - Missouri voter Mary Kay Green has had enough.
The supporter of Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama filed a lawsuit this week over what she claims is dangerous hate speech coming from the rival campaign of Republican presidential nominee John McCain.
Green, a 66-year-old grandmother and semi-retired civil rights attorney, filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Kansas City this week accusing McCain, his running mate Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and their campaign manager Rick Davis of intentionally, recklessly and irresponsibly portraying Obama as un-American, a terrorist by association, and not like us, a non-white individual.
Palin, Green alleges in her lawsuit, has at her rallies used false statements to work supporters into a frenzy causing them to make death threats against Obama.

Are the 97% of blacks not voting for McCain voting that way because he is “not like them”?
Her book sales must be down.

Old whack job.
She doesn’t even understand the First Amendment.
Palin, Green alleges in her lawsuit, has at her rallies used false statements to work supporters into a frenzy causing them to make death threats against Obama.
No death threats were made. “Off with his head” “Kill him” were made up by a reporter. The Secret Service guys didn’t hear any such threats.
Can I, a McCain supporter, sue Obama’s campaign?
She’s going to be fully retired after the court sanctions here for this frivolous and baseless lawsuit.
In her suit against Sen. John McCain, Gov. Sarah Palin and campaign manager Rick Davis, Mary Kay Green said she has been injured by their campaign tactics and suffers terror of the heart, anxiety and grave fear for Obamas life.
Green, an occasional contributor of letters to the editor for The Kansas City Star on legal and political issues, said the GOP campaign has used false hate speech to work their supporters into a frenzy, leading to death threats against Obama.
In an interview, Green said she worked as a young woman in the presidential campaigns of both John and Robert Kennedy in Nebraska. She has asked for $6 million
I will not tolerate another assassination, Green said. I have an obligation as an attorney to speak out and use my voice to say to John McCain and Sarah Palin that you must stop this behavior. You are participating in these death threats and have lost all protection from the First Amendment.

Any success she might enjoy is a tribute to non-judgmentalism.
Given a personal confrontation, I would be prepared to slap her silly...
Will someone please confirm to the public that the death threats aren’t real, already!? They are taking this way too far. Trying to use fear and intimidation. OOOHH! Sorry obama, John Mccain knows his constitutional rights and I bet he has better lawyers than she does anyway!
Sometimes it's too bad a jury can't rule that the plaintiff's attorney should be disbarred.
coo coo.
