a complaint signed by at least 603,413 qualified electors that is filed and tried in court.

The verification for those signers would be 10 times as stringent as if they tried to vote.

You know, even if the impeachment is tried and fails, it at least is a part of public record and gives her rivals something to use in the next election. She is a corrupt DEM soldier (redundant I suppose) and she needs to be booted.

Since Brunner thinks anyone and everyone can sign up to vote in Ohio regardless of qualifications and requirements, can anyone and everyone sign this petition regardless of qualifications and requirements too?? ‘Cause I’m right there with my pen to sign to impeach this blatant law-breaking Ubama worshipper!

Even though I’m in Texas. Doesn’t matter, bet I could vote with an absentee ballot if I just say I’m a demmie! (And they can save their dollar and cigarette!)

How about John Stossel? His 2020 ep last night about big government was very good.

What is happening in Ohio with State sponsored voter fraud is beyond accepting. Obama campaign workers from other states openly voting using the studied and purposeful non-enforcement of the law is just beyond breath taking. Its denying my right to vote now and perhaps ever again....If this isn't a crime there is no crime that will ever matter.

*smirk*

I live in Kentucky (for those of you educated in Government Schools), just south of Ohio...across the Ohio River.
I bet, If i were to go north (cross that river, w/ shoes :) and register to vote &/OR impeach Brunner..they would throw me off that ballot and fine / imprison me for an unlawful action....and she can't won't find these 200,000 new voters....

the "fix is in."

I’ll be praying for you all - that you can get this started, and will get “cooperation” from the media as well for this effort. She needs to be thrown out of office. There is no way she should be allowed to continue given what she has already done.

"...Impeaching Brunner can be done in the next two weeks if folks decide to make it happen..."

What entity verifies the signatures?

Look, the nice thing about this.. is if you gather 600,000 signatures by the election and not even submit them.. it has many impacts. 600,000 + voters have been made aware of the peril that Brunner has brought to their own voting rights

I'm a registered Ohio voter. Where do I sign!

You could bet the farm that Brunner would be interested in checking every last one of those signatures.

...this has to be done by the petition approach or it will just get mired in talking for too long...

I likewise have been in contact with my state rep. He concurred with what you have said, and doubted it would actually ever be debated on the floor without a petition.

He was even less sure that a petition would work at this late stage. Further, it is fairly well understood now that Brunner will lose the next election. If she is removed from office, then Strickland would be able to make the appointment. This person would probably then win in the next election.

Bottom line is that the GOP seems to have some sort of strategy here. Petitions might grab headlines, but removing Brunner from office before the election seems a long shot at best.

Sometimes actions must have consequenses. And not having a consequence right now.. based on a political calculation for sometime in the future is crazy. If the Ohio election is stolen now.. it may not matter who is SOS in Ohio in 2 years. The petition's greatest effect would be to grab attention and headlines that Ohio voters are furious. Where it goes past there is another question, but I am not going to wait 2 years to turn the rascals out if they are breaking the law and my heart today.

Look the process and the news of the process are more important than the completion, but the completion and trial of Brunner if this was to occur would send a notice to state officials all across the country that there are some prices that are merely political but betraying the citizenry of the whole United States is not merely a political act. It is a crime. Gees.

Getting the process done before the election is not necessary... getting a large down payment or a whole petition completed by the election probably would mean an extra 100,000 McCain votes at the ballot box. Each person who signs this complaint will not be voting for Obama. If we have grabbed 600,000 or 1,000,000 million signatures door to door.. this will move the ballot and would be an earthquake in Ohio.
