Is that a list of those supporting McCain?
I see WEsley Clark’s name on that list. I am sure he is for Obama.

Why is Biden campaigning in the “safe” blue state of Washington? Trying to help Gregoire hang onto the governorship, or are Obama/Biden’s numbers there a bit weaker than they’d like to admit?

Biden in Washington State? I would say much weaker numbers for Obama because it sure cannot be because of any Senate election in the State. That is an odd state to send Biden to right now.

testing...testing... 1,2,3 ...is this thing on ?
Hey Joe, did you forget ? YOU were the begining of saying Obama wasn't ready. When did that change ?

The governor’s race is a big one though (Gregoire vs. Rossi).

The question is whether Powell has recently become disloyal to America, or whether he has been disloyal for some time and since when.

I always figured Powell’s elevator didn’t go all the way to the penthouse, this pic confirms it.

Right Joe, and if we followed you and 0bama’s advice on the surge instead of the only man who stuck his neck and his career in pushing it, our military men and women would be being slaughtered still. Just like the scum libs, others do the work and they just try to take the credit.

No, it merely brings in to question that Colin Powell should have ever been trusted and risen to the level that he has. If he puts race over ability, or just doesn’t see the absolute ineptness of Barry, he should never have made the rank that he did nor SoS.

By Biden’s logic, Powell’s endorsement of George W. Bush means that every liberal smear of the current president was false.

From the very beginning, this Republican party has tried to suggest that Barack Obama, Senator Barack Obama, wasnt ready to be commander-in-chief, said the Delaware senator to more than 11,000 supporters in a minor league ballpark, his biggest crowd to date when campaigning without Obama. The Republican Party was saying that from the very beginning, Joe? I don't recall you being a Republican, Joe, when you said exactly the same thing.

Here's his reasoning along with supporting evidence.

It makes no real difference and if it did biden would not have to make the statement he did. A lot of us never considered Powell to be a good choice for anything. He wasn’t the hero of any campaign, he was the CJCS and a political general who advanced through the ranks by who he knew and who he blew. A real general and leader is someone like Schwartzkopf, Chesty Puller, George Patton, Howlin Mad Smith. But then again field commanders and leaders are rarely promoted too far beyond the level that the political generals can control.

General Powell was a poor choice by Bush. Why anyone cares what he thinks is a mystery.
When was he ever a Republican?
