Apparently Favre hasn’t called a single member of the Packers since it became apparent to him he wasn’t going to be welcomed back. Not the coach, not the players, not even Aaron Rodgers to wish him luck.
The guy is self-absorbed and it’s only now becoming apparent to many people.
If this is true, I guess the Packers won’t need to reschedule that Jersey retirement ceremony at Lambeau....
Did they call him?
If true, when the Jet's play the Packers, he'll have other things to worry about absorbing.
“Charles Woodson: Brett Favre’s trying to sabotage the Packers”
GREEN BAY, Wis. - “Cornerback Charles Woodson says that if a media report indicating that Brett Favre shared inside knowledge of the Green Bay Packers’ offense with Detroit Lions coaches is true, it’s nothing short of sabotage.”
“Has one of the most beloved players in Packers history become Benedict Brett?”
“Favre - who was traded to the New York Jets after a prolonged, ugly split with the Packers’ front office this summer was not asked about the report after the Jets’ loss at Oakland on Sunday.”
“But in a text message to an NBC reporter before the Seahawks-Buccaneers primetime game, Favre strongly denied the report.”

Which does not make him unique amongst professional athletes, unfortunately.
If he hasn’t pulled this “retiring/unretiring again and again” stunt, he’d still be a Packer. I have no sympathy for him on that.
