(Cincinnati) -- On Friday, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters issued a subpeona for records related to some of the voters who registered and cast their ballots on the same day during early voting. Deters said he had "numerous credible complaints" of irregularlities. But the Hamilton County Election Board and Ohio Secretary of State's office said they had no record of complaints. But in an interview with 700WLW's Bill Cunningham, Deters said his staff reviewed 610 ballots cast, and found 266 with problems. He says 166 "voters" apparently don't exist. Another 100 had the wrong address listed on their voter registration card.

watching my fair city slip into the liberal abyss has definitely been a long a painful process, but these two are fighting that fall.
I grew up in Cincy in the 50’s and 60’s....what a great place......now, not so much.....used to be conservative.
The best course of action at this point is to set aside all ballots with irregularities and discrepancies as ‘provisional’ ballots. Such ballots are not counted until they are validated. This would allow time for the investigation to be completed.
But we may be waiting on Ohio for weeks after the election to know who won. In that case the Ohio special prosecutor will be the most publicized person in the world.
Deters towers over the other county prosecutors. Top notch public servant.
Last night, the NAACP was wailing, not about how this is a federal crime and we should make sure it doesn't occur again, but instead lamenting that the constant investigations might make some people decide not to vote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess that we should just ignore the crime! ARRGH!
remember what all the dem strategists have been saying. Voter Registration fraud is NOT the same as voter fraud! They said none of these people will cast a vote.
Well, there goes that argument! I say put all those votes aside. Isn’t there still some litigation going on with this?
VOTER FRAUD?? Don’t be ridiculous. This is just affirmative action!
Yes, that would be a tragedy if the votes of the dead, the non-existent, the ones bussed around to vote a gazillion times, etc., were suppressed by "the constant investigations." /s
Well, if the dims are afraid of this suppressing their fraudulent voters from voting, I hope they’re right.
I listened to Joe Deters on Cunningham’s show yesterday; the reason he decided to ask for a special prosecutor is because he’s one of the Ohio McCain campaign honchos and doesn’t want that fact detracting from the investigation. By the way, the special prosecutor appointed by the court is one of Deter’s former deputies.
If we win this election inspite of Acorn and the dead rats voting, we need to voting fraud an act of treason.
The frauds, who vote illegally, should be arrested, tried for being fraudulent voters, if found guilty, then sent to prison and after serving their sentence, deported to some country that will take money to receive them.
Then, the organizers of the voter fraud, like Acorn, should be charged for high treason, tried, and desposed of if they are found guilty.
al Qaeda could probably destroy this country easier via voter fraud than attacking us or with a series of 9/11’s.
Governor Strickland is accusing Ohio Republicans of trying to scare newly registered voters by filing lawsuits on whether they're eligible.
I'm glad it was his choice then. The article made it sound as though he was being accused of lying about complaints and engaging in a "witch hunt".
