Photoshop: Yogi Berra Sez "It ain't Over Till It's Over" ... Vote McCain - Palin

Just made and uploaded this pic to my Photobucket this a.m.!

My take is that the MSM / Lamestream Media is out to suppress the GOP vote.

They are WAAAAAAYYYY overpolling Democraps in their polls, IGNORING factual stories negative for Obama and doing EVERYTHING they can to SMEAR McCain and especially PALIN with their lies.

I think this will blow up in their faces. When GOP voters see the tainted polls slanted to favor Socialist Obama, the GOP fence-sitters will crawl across broken glass to KEEP the Socialist Obama outta the White House !!!

Here in Texas, the first day of Early Voting set ALL TIME records for turnout. ALMOST DOUBLE the old record (up almost 80%) !!!!

Mostly OT:

I have some great memories of going to Griffith Stadium in Washington, D. C. and watching Yogi Berra (and Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris) play whenever the Yankees would play the Senators there.

IIRC, Yogi was still playing for a year or two after the Senators moved into D. C. Stadium, later named RFK Stadium. Maris played one season for the Yankees while Griffith Stadium was still the Senators’ park. I also have great memories of Yankees-Senators games at D. C. Stadium.

We now return you to your regular programming.

Love it! Nice work, Meek.

This is totally off topic, but I have to vent.

Was driving down a street in Bangor, Maine today and saw one McCain-Palin sign that had been kicked and folded in half, and another that had the sign torn from the support, ripped in half and flung on the ground.

I haven't seen one Obama sign defaced (there aren't that many of them, BTW).

I was so furious that I was going to go the McCain campaign office here and get signs to replace them.

Then I thought, "No, just leave them there as evidence of what dysfunctional brownshirts Obama supporters are."

Thank you!

My observations regarding yard signs has been that I was
seeing a LOT of Obama signs as I drive around locally here
in the Dallas, TX area.

But in the last week or so, I have seen McCain - Palin
yard signs sprouting up a lot!

HERE are the TWO bumper stickers I have on MY car right now!:

Note that this is not my vehicle, but those are the bumper
stickers I have on my car now!

NOBAMA ‘08
No to Obama, Socialism & Retreat

I’m Voting for Sarah!
McCain Palin for America ‘08

Date - 2000: Networks Declare Al Gore PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES while people are still voting in Florida and other states, many Republicans in their cars turn around and drive home.

Votes are counted in Florida and George Bush is ahead, Democrats, using tactics that have been successful previously in lesser elections try to STEAL the Presidency in a broad daylight political coup. A Florida democrat is caught with a box full of “votes” in their trunk, George Bush finally elected President.

Date 2004 - Seeing how calling the election EARLY in 2000 nearly got Al Gore Florida and the Presidency, the democrats roll out a new plan.

2:00 PM Eastern - LANDSLIDE KERRY is declared PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, who knows how many Republicans turn around and go home and how many elections were lost. This strategy ALMOST works but LANDSLIDE KERRY comes up short in Ohio. George Bush wins a 2nd term.

Date 2008 - Seeing how calling the election in the early evening on election night almost won Al Gore Florida and the Presidency and calling a LANDSLIDE for PRESIDENT KERRY in the early afternoon nearly won him the election, the democrats and the MSM have devised a new strategy to subvert our republic and engage in a bloodless coup they have a NEW STRATEGY.

Declare the election OVER IN OCTOBER, why risk calling it over at 7 PM or 2PM when you can declare it over before it even starts.

ARE YOU STARTING TO SEE A PATTERN?????

The MEDIA are trying to subvert our election process, they are 100 times more dangerous than ACORN. They went along with the lunatic left stories about how our elections were “illegitimate”, what are we in store for on Elecion Day?

The MEDIA are treading into dangerous territory, I fear what this country will be like after a McCain/Palin win in November.

Thanks for including me in a category called “bunch of good FReepers”!

Of course we (I am a Precinct Chair) have not given up. For one thing, we want to win our Congressional seat back [Pete Olson instead of Nick Lampson].

Hi fellow Texan.

Thanks for the motivational piece.

I did vote on Monday and I did vote against Obama by selection McCain/Palin. It was a bit difficult as I am not anywhere close to a McCain supporter. And I had, earlier, reached the conclusion that voting for the lessor of two evils in either of the major political parties was not the way to get our political process back in the hands of "the people".

So it was a very soul searching decision on my part to vote "for" either of the two tickets.

Somewhere down the line "we the people" are going to have to take back our process and damn the political parties.

I rambled. Sorry. But it is very frustrating to say the least to have to support a liberal Republican as opposed to an, albeit even more liberal, Democrat.

God Bless,

Greg Adams
Brownsville
