A warning to all Obama supporters: We conservatives are generally quiet, hard working, God-fearing folks who strive for peace. If there is open warfare against us, you will not win. If you awaken the sleeping giant, you will pay dearly. This is not a threat, rather what is GOING to happen to you if you push innocent Americans too far and perpetuate violence against us. Hitler could not defeat America, nor the Emperor of Japan, so what makes you think YOU will.

DAMN right! I will NOT go down with out a fight.

Here's the problem. There's a large group of people to the right who are "restrained" at the moment by a moral standard which is completely imperceptible to the left. But to the right of that group are a fair number of people who are ready to spill blood NOW. They've either decided that it's a moral imperative to engage the left using organized violent means, or they simply don't observe the same moral standard.

If this fair number of people become impatiend and make the bad choice of escalating organized violence, then those just slightly to their left are going to be forced to take sides. In addition, it goes without saying that both of these groups (the far right, and ultra far right) are the most well armed of all sections of American society.

People need to calm down and take a breath, take stock of resources, and be as patient as we can afford to be. Once started, violence can escalate very quickly and is difficult to reverse once those involved have truly committed to achieving an end through it.
