This is all well and good but there is ten days till the election. When is this going to be resolved?

I am sick of hearing what Berg says he has. Until he makes all tapes etc public, I have to believe he has an ulterior motive and it is to see McCain defeated. He’s hoping the conservatives run with this........ then it will be proven a lie and he’s achieved what he set out to.

“Wayne Madsen, Journalist with Online Journal as a contributing writer and published an article on June 9, 2008, stating that a research team went to Mombassa, Kenya, and located a Certificate Registering the birth of Barack Obama, Jr. at a Kenya Maternity Hospital, to his father, a Kenyan citizen and his mother, a U.S. citizen.
“If in fact Obama was born in Kenya, the laws on the books in the United States at the time of his birth stated if a child is born abroad and one parent was a U.S. Citizen, which would have been his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother would have had to live ten (10) years in the United States, five (5) of which were after the age of fourteen (14). At the time of Obama’s birth, his mother was only eighteen (18) and therefore did not meet the residency requirements under the law to give her son (Obama) U.S. Citizenship much less the status of ‘natural born.’”
Berg said he suspected Obama’s college records may indicate he received aid as a foreigner, and that’s why those records have been withheld by the campaign.
Berg is a Clinton supporter and started this up when it looked like she was going to lose to Obama. I doubt that he’s doing it to try and get McCain elected.

Berg has filed lots of lawsuits. That doesn't mean he isn't a nutcase. For example...
Phil Berg, December 2000: "Jim Harrington, the state’s sternest publicity hound, recently called a press conference in front of Austin’s Federal Courthouse, to announce that he and Philadelphia lawyer Philip J. Berg were filing a class-action lawsuit against George W. Bush and Dick Cheney... The lawsuit, filed two days after Kathryn Harris awarded Florida’s electoral votes to Bush, charges that Cheney is in fact an inhabitant of Dallas, and that therefore Texas electors cannot cast their votes both for him and for Bush without violating the Twelfth Amendment ("The Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice President, one of whom, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves….")"

Berg, Esquire, announced today that he, attorney for Ellen Mariani, wife of Louis Neil Mariani, who died when United Air Lines flight 175 was flown into the South Tower of the World Trade Center on 9-11 at a news conference regarding the filing of a detailed Amended Complaint in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on 11/26/03 in the case of Mariani vs. Bush et al that he is alleging President Bush and officials including, but not limited to Cheney, Ashcroft, Rumsfeld and Feinberg that they: 1. had knowledge/warnings of 911 and failed to warn or take steps to prevent; 2. have been covering up the truth of 911; and 3. have therefore violated the laws of the United States; and 4. are being sued under the Civil RICO Act."
Phil Berg, 2004: "Berg filed Rodriguez v. Bush, et al., Civil Action No. 04 cv 4952, in the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia, on October 22, 2004. This lawsuit is much longer and goes much further than the lawsuit on behalf of Mariani, in alleging that officials "were complicit in the 9-11 attacks, and either planned the attacks, or had foreknowledge of the attacks and permitted them to succeed, in order to exploit a 'New Pearl Harbor' to launch wars against Afghanistan and Iraq."”
Philip Berg, 2007: "It is time for the nations of the world to come forth and take the leadership because of the failure of the United States Government and the States where crimes were committed on 09/11/01, where no thorough investigation and indictments occurred, to investigate, arrest and prosecute the people responsible for the murders on 9/11/01, specifically including George W. Bush and Richard Cheney."
That's about enough time to threaten to break the typical white person's legs if she dares to tell anyone that she wasn't at the anointed one's birth 'cause he was actually born in Kenya.
Berg has never said that he has the tape of Michelle Obama’s supposed call to the African Press International (if that’s what you are talking about).
API has said that he was retained to be their lawyer earlier this week. Berg has never confirmed that fact though.
This is an interview that everyone here should hear. Can it be placed in breaking?
Rush mentioned it yesterday at the opening of his show. First time that I know of that he mentioned the story. Washington Times wrote about it last week and a paper in Canada ran it yesterday.
Is there a copy of the birth certificate from the kenyan hospital online? Does anyone know?
Everyone should check out Rush’s website where he discusses why Barry went to see Grandma. Rush implies it may be tied to the Kenyan birth issue...
Exactly. What’s holding up the Courts from taking some action?
If someone had a copy of a Kenyan birth certificate period, then don't you think they'd have presented it? It would end the discussion once and for all.
