98% that is impossible.

With Obama, all things are possible...

98% of the eligible citizens in any state being registered is very suspect.

Kind of like those 6 counties in Alabama where registered voters outnumber those eligible to vote.

Yep. They are slaves..or sheep..whatever you want to call them.
They haven’t quite figured out why their economy is worse than other states? No..it’s Bush’s fault...it’s not the liberals who have been running that state for the last several years.

Michigan -does- have voter ID, and will enforce it for the first time in years (if ever) 11/4. I believe we were waiting for the Supremes to decide on Indiana's law.

However, there are loopholes.

No ID is needed for absentee.

If you do not have ID when you arrive at the polls, you can self certify that you forgot it but that you are who you say you are.

If your ID is a Michigan driver's license, then the address on it has to match the voter's record (which it should since the Secretary of State runs both.) However, if your ID is not a drivers license then the address, if present, does not need to match.

So, more holes than a collendar.

Over 100% voter participation in Democrat precincts have already somehow occurred. A little more power, and they can corrupt the system entirely. Its become pretty clear that the judiciary isn't going to remedy this. The Republican politicians are afraid of raising a stink. The MSM doesn't want this kind of "story line". And America gets screwed.

God help us.

Anybody care to conjecture how many of these registered voters are not alive in Michigan and how many are extra registrations some have (perhaps with a variation in the name, etc.)?

Father God in Heaven, please clean out America from this political, cultural, criminal apostasy. Have mercy on this nation.

A high voter turn out is bad news for any Republican.

If the polls are backed up around the corner with people waiting to vote I`d wager to guess a lanslide for democrats.

It wouldn’t make a difference to Republicans or conservatives (nationally) if the Michigan voter rolls surged to 120%, or 200%. Not one whit of a difference.

The reason is that Michigan is now a blue state, never to vote red again.

There is no future chance to capture the state’s electoral votes, nor its Senators, and not more than one or two Congressmen (if indeed there are any Republican Congressmen from MI at all, I’m sure others will step in and correct me).

So - from a national standpoint - Michigan voter fraud is inconsequential to Republican and conservative goals and elections. One might as well be talking about Republicans from Massachusetts, or Vermont.

So long, Michigan. (Apologies to conservatives who still live there, your best bet, and only chance to gain a politically meaningful voice - is to move.)

.

Probably at 120% in Detroit, Flint and Saginaw to bring the state total up so nicely.

Yes, Michigan with no voter id or drivers lic. required,

College students are proud that they are able to vote 6 or 7 times and go district hopping to see how many votes they can get in before the polls close.

9 of the 15 Congressmen are Republicans, we still hold the state senate, we have a Supreme Court Majority, and in 2004 won all except 13 counties.

Man on man people are ignorant about this state.

Muslim stronghold.

Nonsense. There are a few communities in the mitten where Muslims make up a large minority of the population, but that can't be called a stronghold, not even in those communites. Statewide, Muslims are a small percentage of the population.

We're a UAW, MEA, Teamsters and state employee union stronghold. We're a stronghold for welfare recipients. We're a stronghold for anyone living off the gubmint teat. Muslims? Nah.

Anybody still think Michigan is still in play?

I answer that question, emphatically, knowingly, and sadly: Michigan is out of play. There are other opinions out there, though.
