I has to do with Legal precedence, mostly in Tax laws, that have been decided in the past. You don't have the legal standing to legally question your taxes either.

That is because the Congress passed the tax laws and the citizens have agreed (per the Constitution) to follow the laws.

Here, we are demanding that SOEMONE enforce the Constitutional rules regarding presidential qualifications. That is the court's role and if they won't do their job, then its up to the people. If Obama is not qualified to serve as president and he's sworn in anyway. The people should challenge their illegitimate government. Could get mighty ugly.
