This is obviously an intentional act. This is evident when the 10/24/08 Columbus Dispatch article stated a “test account” assigned to the information technology section. The ‘perp’ used a test account to try to cover his/her tracks, because no user is specifically assigned this logonid, Clear evidence of intent & a cover up.

Investigating this case is relatively simple and can be completed well before the election. Just identify the IP or other network address, determine its origin, & interview those with access, starting with the most likely.

All Ohio needs is the resolve to investigate. That's why McCain needs people like Rudy G. & former Ohio Attorney General to press the issue.
