She’s an amazing woman. I have really enjoyed seeing how much my daughter thinks shes inspirational. People attacking her should be ashamed. We should all know people like her as we pass through life. She seems genuine.
She has the power to inspire a generation and beyond. That is why Barack fears her.

I told myself I wouldn't ping about this controversy anymore, but I truly think this reflect on Palin so much. Palin talks about how her wedding ring, which she has had for 25 years, she bought for herself for 35$ in Hawaii. The ring, that then, while she was speaking, her husband was holding for her, and that fact it didn't matter, only the fact that they had been married for 20 years.
/sigh I hope I can say that when I or if I get married.

Let’s just wait and see. Last week’s sermon was about little ol’ Esther taking on big bad Haman, and prevailing. God raises up people from surprising places in dire times, and this might be one of those instances. But you are right in that SHE doesn’t have the power; it’ll come from Elsewhere.

..and her husband had the ring in his pocket because it hurts a bit when folks grab her hand with the ring on it....(no doubt she has shaken thousands of hands by now)

I agree, it’s a good speech and she’s dynamite. Just a warning though: the MSM will brand this as “Palin’s Checkers Speech” and will explain it as a cynical attempt to garner sympathy and “evade the real issue.”
Just so no one is taken by surprise when they spin it that way.
My 17 year old niece went to one of her rallies last week and was so blown away. I think she wants to BE Sarah Palin.
