The original faxed decision from the Clerk of the US District Court for the Eastern District of PA to attorney Philip J Berg appears to have been faxed to Judge Surrick for him to sign. But if this is the case, the questions becomes who wrote the decision and faxed it for the Judges signature?

Judge Surrick’s ruling was faxed to him?

Phil Berg is going to have some very interesting challenges ahead when he exposes the chain of events regarding this ruling. The ruling itself appears as though it should be thrown out; it isn’t even file or date stamped.

1. The “mystery Fax (header on the bottom of the 36 pages) began at 4:55PM and ended at 5:11PM for a total of 16 minutes. But where was the “mystery fax” machine located?
2. The fax from Judge Surricks office to Phillip Berg started at 18:09 or (6:09PM) and ended at 18:16 or (6:16PM) for a total of 7 minutes. Now what would cause a whole 9 minute discrepancy in the transmission times of a fax on the exact same number of pages? And even a slower machine would not cause a difference of more than double the time of transmission for the same number of pages.
3. The ORDER has no file/date stamp on the document at any page whatsoever which is required and is standard Court procedure. Why?
Judge R. Barclay Surrick, whether intentional or not, has created a situation that challenges the very integrity of the US District Court for the Eastern District of PA as well as the integrity of the Judge himself.
All of these issues must be address without delay, and the owner and location of the “mystery Fax” must be disclosed immediately with explanation as to why a ruling said to be issued by Judge Surrick, was in reality Faxed to Judge Surrick? The first and only Fax header that should be on the ruling when faxed to Attorney Philip J Berg should have been none other than that of Judge Surrick alone.

Here I was, thinking that judges did all their typing by themselves, and I just learn that they have things like secretary and court clerk that do this for them.
Yea, no controversy. Just produce the transcription tape. He did make one did he not? Simple.
Word up. Chances are, the clerk did all the research too and suggested a ruling for the judge. That’s their job.
Sometimes it’s scary how little the figureheads actually do—their thinking is done by staff a lot of times.
No one is arguing whether or not the judge actually typed the decision himself. The point is that he has a clerk that has some ties to Obama.
My guess is that like most offices, the federal courts use fewer secretaries because of word processing and there is a central office in the courthouse which typed the final order and sent it to the judge to sign and ptransmit the signed order to the parties.
Here I was, thinking that judges did all their typing by themselves, and I just learn that they have things like secretary and court clerk that do this for them.
And don’t forget that lawyers also provide the judge with a suggested order. Berg Esq. did so in this case and it was published many times on FR as the order issued by the judge.
Berg did the same thing himself. He typed up a ruling that was posted here several times because it fooled some freepers into thinking the Judge had ruled.
Seaman: Yes, Judge Surrick?
Surick: I’ve decided to dimiss the Berg case on standing. Whip that up and fax it to me here at the house. I’ll sign it, get it back to you for the formalities.
Seaman: I’ll fax it to Berg as soon as I see it.
So the ruling is, “FAKE BUT ACCURATE”? LOL
Read a little closer. Former law clerk, as in, not now and not part of this particular case.
Uh ... ok, you’re deliberately missing the point. Let me make this simple for you ... there is a common thread between Obama and Surrick. It’s clear that the decision was faxed to Surrick. Was his FORMER clerk, who has ties to Obama, involved?

This is why lawyers dhould be banned from running for office. Obama is a shyster Chicago lawyer. Biden was a lawyer for 4 years until he was elected to the Senate.
