Wal-mart women

That's the reason the leftist RATS had a cow over the expense of Sarah's wardrobe...

It’s hard to imagine a pollster from either party ever stating the candidate from the pollster’s party is going to lose.

I AM a “Wal-mart woman” if that means I shop there. I do, however, have a college degree (Home Economics), go to church, have no kids, love the computer, age 49+, and take classes to update my office skills. Voted for Fred Thompson in the primary.

Stereotyping and class categorizing is so MSM. ;)

I like to keep track of polls like this.

For instance, I’m volunteering to make calls for McCain/Palin, and a woman (and her husband) who enthusiastically voted already for McCain/Palin was discouraged that Obama was ahead. And John McCain is a war hero, she said!

I was able to tell her that the polls are tightening. I also told her that since she lives in a battleground state, do what she can, including talking with everyone she knows and calling a talk show.

"Wal-mart women," which the campaign describes non-college-educated women in households making less than $60,000 a year, are "swinging back solidly," McInturff said.

That's me. That's me. They are talking about me! I knew I would finally get my 15 minutes.

I am a Walmart woman also. I have two kids in college, two college degrees myself, own a company and shop there regularly. I guess I’m Joe the Plummer also.

Ok...this is getting be to like the Twelve Days of Christmas...

I am a bitter, clingy, religious, gun nut; whose heritage is both racist and redneck...and who frequents the aisles of my local SW Pennsylvania WalMart...which somehow makes me (and my demographic) the desired voting bloc. I just feel so cheap...

I like to think I am the Left's worst nightmare: single woman, no kids, urban dweller, two college degrees, work in the creative arts, homeowner, don't usually shop at Wal-Mart (I prefer Tar-zhay), and voting CONSERVATIVE since 2004.

Although I have to admit... I did buy ammunition at Wal-Mart recently.

Around here about 70% of Wal-Mart women are black women. And from the conversations I hear and the T-shirts I see, they are voting for Obama.

But this store is just one of several thousand Wal-Marts in the US, so maybe the McCain/Palin is picking up more Walmarters somewhere else. :)
